Molte verità occulte sono scritte in forma di paradossi, mostrando ambedue le facce della medaglia.
Questo fa parte dell’ordine delle cose.
Tutte le affermazioni di verità sono parziali poiché ogni argomento può essere trattato almeno da due punti di vista, entrambi buoni. Ogni frammento di verità è solo una mezza verità; se cercherete con il dovuto impegno, troverete l’altra metà, quella opposta; ogni cosa “è o non è” e dunque ogni affermazione di verità deve essere necessariamente paradossale.
Ciò perché il nostro limitato punto di vista ci permette di vedere un solo lato del soggetto alla volta.
Dal punto di vista dell’infinito tutti i lati sono visibili allo stesso tempo, quindi colui che ha raggiunto la più alta perfezione spirituale può scorgere tutti i punti del globo contemporaneamente, nonché vederlo nelle sue parti.
(…) La chiave per comprendere queste – e tutte le verità – consiste nel saper distinguere tra il punto di vista “relativo” o inferiore, e quello “assoluto” o superiore.
Ricordatevelo bene perché ciò vi aiuterà a spiegare moti punti oscuri, ad interpretare il senso di molte parole apparentemente incomprensibili.

Much of the occult truth is written in the form of paradox, showing both sides of the shield.
This is in according with nature’s plan. All statements of truth are but partial statements – there are two good sides of every argument – any bit of truth is but a half-truth, hunt diligently enough and you will find the opposite half – everything “it is and it isn’t” – any full statement of truth must of necessity be paradoxikal. This because our finite point-of-view enables us to see but one side of a subject at a time.
From the point of view of the infinite, all sides are seen at the same time-all points of a globe being visible to the infinite seer, who is also able to see through the globe as well as around it. ( … ) The key to the understanding of these (and all) truths lies in the ability to distinguish between the “relative”, or lower point of view, and the “absolute” or higher one.
Remember this well, for it will help you to see into many a dark corner – to make easy many a hard saying.
